Sharing your The Printables Design Club login with others is strictly prohibited. Should Your IP indicate, in our reasonable opinion, that You are sharing your login information with others, You will be subject to cancellation of The Printables Design Club User Account at The Printables Design Club’s discretion.

 

Indemnity

Your Release / Authorization to us.

You grant The Printables Design Club permission to use any and all photographs taken by The Printables Design Club or its agents or employees, or submitted by You to The Printables Design Club as well as all written endorsements of Social Media that you send to us, or that you post on social media (photographs, social media posts, and messages sent to The Printables Design Club are hereinafter referred to as “Photographs”) in any media (including print, internet, film, television and no matter how distributed or published) for any purpose, which may include, but shall not be limited to, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging of The Printables Design Club or any product or Service sold and marketed by The Printables Design Club. You agree that this authorization to use Photographs may be assigned by The Printables Design Club to any other party. You agree that the Photographs may be combined with other Photographs, sounds, text and graphics, and that the Photographs may be manipulated, cropped, altered or modified in The Printables Design Club’s sole discretion. You agree not to charge a royalty or fee, and not to make any other monetary assessment against The Printables Design Club in exchange for this Release and Assignment. You hereby release and forever discharge The Printables Design Club from any and all liability and from any damages You may suffer as a result of the use of the Photographs. You further acknowledge and agree that this Release is binding upon Your heirs and assigns. You agree that this Release is irrevocable.

 

You acknowledge that The Printables Design Club has the right but not the obligation to use and display any postings or contributions of any kind and that The Printables Design Club may elect to cease the use and display of any such materials (or any portion thereof), at any time for any reason whatsoever.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither The Printables Design Club nor our employees or directors shall be liable to you for any lost profits or revenues, or for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damage arising out of or in connection with the Services of this Terms. In no event, shall The Printables Design Club aggregate liability for any damages exceed the greater of one hundred ($100.00) US Dollars or the amount you paid The Printables Design Club in the Past twelve months. 

 Lifetime Deals

The term lifetime is not meant to be interpreted as forever but as the lifetime of the Printables Design Club being in Business.  When joining the lifetime, you are agreeing that no more payments will be due at any point.  However, in case the design club goes out of business before 20 months from joining the lifetime deal, we will prorate the number of months and bonus packages received while a member reimburse you for any unused services. 

FTC Affiliate Disclaimer

The disclosure that follows is intended to fully comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s policy of the United States that requires to be transparent about any and all affiliate relations the Company may have on the Service.

 

You should assume that some of the links are “affiliate links”, a link with a special tracking code.

 Refunds 

For Courses and Workshops, In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team before the trial period has ended. We will review it and attempt to help correct the issue. If we cannot help solve the issue, we’ll issue you a prompt refund, To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request and completed homework (if applicable) before 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on the 30th day For courses or the 7th for Memberships. . No refunds will be provided more than 30 days following the date of purchase. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 30th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. All payments must be made on a timely basis.  There is no refund on Coaching programs following your purchase. (All other refunds are discretionary*)

There are no Refunds on The Design Club Subscription, Due to the nature of the Physical Downloads we cannot give refunds.  If you want a sample of our Products before buying please contact us we can give you a sample package before joining the Club. This is a recurring monthly/yearly program which you can cancel at any time.   

There are no refunds on our DFY Programs, Before Purchasing any DFY Please make sure you have spoken with a member of our team to have make sure this is what you need. All purchases of our Done for you Programs Including but not limited to our DFY Etsy Stores, DFY WordPress Websites and blogs are final.  There are no exceptions, PLR websites or DFY Etsy stores are done as requested and open communication is essential.  By Purchasing this services you agree to this terms and conditions.  If by any chance you decide you no longer want it, then we can negotiate to give you credit towards a different product or services at our discretion. 

*Note: As mentioned above, all refunds are discretionary. If you just downloaded the training material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request. The point of this policy is to give people the chance to try the system, and if it doesn’t work, they can get their money back. It wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material. Furthermore, for course refund requests, if it is clear that your homework is incomplete or that you did not implement the strategies taught in the course, your refund will be denied. However, we will still help and support you in order to get you results.
